Shipping & Payments
When can I expect my order?
This is a labor of letter writing love that we do on top of full-time jobs, so we normally only ship orders out once a week. You can expect to receive your "It's Shipped" email within 5-7 days of placing your order. If your order contains any custom items, this will take a little longer while we create your item for you.
What payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and Apple Pay. Pretty much the only thing we don't accept is Paypal. If you are having an issue with your credit card, please email us so we can try to clear up any technical glitch that may be occurring.
General Refunds & Returns
We try to describe every aspect of out products down to the dimensions and item counts so that you get a good representation of what you will get in your hands.
In order to receive a refund, you must return the item. If you want to return the item for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will give your information about how to return your item. You will receive a refund for the item(s) returned on the same method you used to pay for your order once we receive your returned item(s). Shipping costs, both for your original order and to return the item to us, are non-refundable.
Memberships, custom items, and digital products are not eligible for refunds.

All custom orders have a digital proof that you approve before we produce your item. Since you can request changes to your proof before we create your item, custom orders are non-refundable.
Digital Items & Videos
Since you gain instant access to digital items and videos, there is no refund for these items. If you feel that we grossly misrepresented our product, please contact us.
